Are you really open 24/7, and do you charge extra at night?

Yes — we run true 24/7 live dispatch every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. There is no overtime or after-hours surcharge, so the flat rate we quote at 3 a.m. is the same price you'd pay during a weekday afternoon.

How fast can you get to my house in Mesa?

With 22 trucks based around the metro, we typically reach homes inside Loop 610 and the close-in suburbs within 60 to 90 minutes for emergencies. When you call, our dispatcher gives you a realistic arrival window based on where the nearest tech is at that moment.

Do you give pricing before you start the work?

Always. We use flat-rate, upfront pricing and show you the full cost in writing before any work begins. You approve the price first, so there are never surprise charges or padded hourly bills at the end.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Yes. We operate under Arizona Master Plumber License #M-41872, carry full liability insurance, and hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Every job is performed or directly supervised by a licensed plumber.

What if I can't pay for a big repair all at once?

We offer financing through GreenSky for larger projects like repiping, sewer replacement, or water heater installation. Approval is quick and lets you spread the cost over time, so an urgent repair doesn't have to wait for payday.
